In some cases, dental insurance providers may not reimburse our office directly. In such instances, you will be responsible for the full cost of each visit at the time of service, with your insurance company sending the reimbursement check to you directly. Any outstanding fees not covered by your insurance, including deductibles, co-payments, or certain procedures not covered by your policy, will be due at the time services are rendered.
Our primary goal is to provide your child with the best and most up-to-date dental care, which may not always align with the cost-saving goals of insurance companies. Some services we recommend may not be covered by your specific dental insurance plan.
For your convenience, we accept cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Card. Please note that personal checks are not accepted.
To make dental treatment more accessible, we offer various long and short-term financing programs. Feel free to inquire about these options to determine what works best for you.
After attempts to collect outstanding funds and a 90-day grace period from the time of service, parents/guardians not fulfilling their financial obligation may be referred to collections, as per our accounting practices.
